Cynthia’s Coaching Philosophy

I work with ADHD clients over the phone.  Depending on the issue, calls could be as short as 10 minutes or as long as an hour.

When coaching ADHD clients, my approach is to focus on just one issue at a time–what is interfering with you functioning well in life and what can you do about it.

Continually losing your car keys? We will strategize about that, figure out a solution that seems workable to you, and then hold you accountable until you acquire the new behavior.

Never on time for work? We will get clear on that–what is your goal for getting to work on time? What is your current reality? What is getting in your way? What can you do about it? Once you develop, with my support, a new, workable strategy, I will hold you accountable until you achieve getting to work every day on time.

As you slowly acquire new skills and habits, your life will be less stressful and more enjoyable. As you become accountable and reliable, you will have increased self-esteem and self-confidence.
